My Mother-out-of-law lost her fight against cancer yesterday.
She had the elegant posture of a dancer, and the air of an old fashioned film star, yet was down to earth and practical. Small of frame, but big in character, and strong in mind. She had an ability to include everyone, and make you all feel wanted and cared for. She gave generously of her time and spirit.

She loved her family hugely, and was loved equally in return. A Wife, a Mum, a Nannie, a Sister, an Aunty and a friend to many, we will all miss her.
