After three days in a field and 27 miles walked according to my pedometer – I am a *little bit tired still. (*I am exhausted – 27 miles?! That is more than a marathon – admittedly it took me 3 and a half days to complete, but still. Camp Bestival is like a boot camp. But a boot camp with incredible sights everywhere you look, booze drinks, live shows, delicious food and a whole pile of fun thrown in.) I can sum up our weekend in one word – AWESOME – note the capital letters to emphasise the giant degree of awesome.
We had a brilliant time. We managed to get the tent up without failing, which was a big win for us, then spent the rest of the time taking in all that there was to offer – music (The Kaiser Chiefs stole it for me!), crafts, exploring, playing and getting mud caked in the Dingly Dell, theatre, laughing ourselves silly in the comedy tent, lying on sweet scented beds courtesy of Canopy and Stars and eating all manner of delicious grub. And now, pictures. Lots of them. Soz. I took hundreds – it is so irresistibly gorgeous there that you cannot help yourself.
And if all that fun wasn’t enough, as usual they rounded it off by exploding the castle.
And here is the Official Camp Bestival 2015 Firework Finale Video
Earlybird tickets for Camp Bestival 2016 go on sale this Friday (7Th August) – check their website for details. Will we see you there next year? (Go on, say yes, I promise you will LOVE it!)

It was our second year at Canp Bestival this year, we were hooked from the start and buy early bird tickets the following week. I’m here to tell you that your photos are AWESOME! They really capture the spirit of the festival. They are the photos I’d love to be able to capture myself. Do you have a photo of the moon? It was so beautiful but I couldn’t get a good photo of it.
The moon was INCREDIBLE wasn’t it – sadly I couldn’t get a good shot of it either – the ones I did take didnt do it justice at all!
