Snapshots of a Weekend

I had a fab and (moderately) debauched weekend away in London with no kids, plenty of rum and men in leopard print lycra. Tell you what tho, having fun is exhausting so instead of writing you something I am just gonna share my favourite blurry phone snaps of things I saw and liked at the weekend. If you need me, I will be lying on the sofa trying to convince a three year old to play the ‘let’s pretend we are asleep” game….

 How was your weekend?

Ah yes, the ‘let’s pretend we are asleep’ game! I remember that well.
We had a relaxing weekend at home for once – the last three have been in Amsterdam, Newcastle and Welwyn (holiday, family, family).
That AC/DC pinball reminds me of my teenage years seeing them play in Newcastle. I was lucky enough to see them with Bon Scott singing, before he sadly died.

Hihihi, that is why we never go out anymore, too exhausting, as Emma is every morning up between 6.30 and 7, even at the weekends! The photos look fab, hope the three year old is liking your game :-).xx

Brilliant photos! How did you manage to escape for a weekend without the children?? I so could do with doing that. London sounds brilliant and I would like to know more about this debauchery ….

I LOVE The Dr Who experience in Cardiff, and yes – I stood on the special Torchwood stone and had my photo taken by the mirror waterfall thing!

LOVE this! Amazing pics. And kid-free time is SO important! Although I do tend to spend most of my time checking my bags because there’s something missing! 😉 x

You wet out in public – without the children? I don’t even manage that yet and my babies have all left home! Looks like you had fun though – definitely an early night needed though, and may no more rum for a little while…. well until tomorrow anyway!

My husband would love the street art stencils for the loo doors. I need to know where the police telephone box aka tiny TARDIS for my street furniture collection (yes, I know…)
